Free shipping available on orders $150 or more, for all orders less than $150 we offer Flat rate $9 on all orders in continental US, and $15 for Alaska & Hawaii.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at: contact@wetorchid.com, and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES :
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded.
